“To look at the soil micro-organisms in the microscope; one drop of compost tea and it looked like a planet! And the most enjoyable aspect of the course is that it’s practical” ~ Costa
(presenter of SBS TVs “Costa’s Garden Odyssey“)

This first-ever double bill workshop will change your thinking on off-farm inputs and set you on the path towards healthy productive soil. Demystify the science of soil biology and eliminate costly inputs through nurturing soil life with compost & compost tea. Then boost your farm productivity with effective NKP bio-fertilisers you can make yourself on the farm from zero-cost materials.

Workshop Description

The practical benefits of healthy soil don’t need explaining to any farmer. In this unique module, join both Paul Taylor and Eugenio Gras as they offer their wealth of experience in generating ‘BioFertile’ soils through compost, compost teas and farm bio-fertiliser brewing.

These remedial and productive boosting methods address the critical needs many Australian soils (and farmers) have after years of topsoil loss, drought and profit loss. By repopulating farm soils with active biology before enhancing yield through bio-fertilsation, input costs drop dramatically at the same rate soil fertility explodes. For any farmer who knows the true condition their land, water and soil, this workshop is essential training.

Learn the skills necessary to eliminate your input costs.
